Kaipa – Sattyg
Kaipa is a Swedish band from the Uppsala area, moving in symphonic rock with influences from folk music. The band is mainly influenced by Yes.
The magical sense of wonder that characterizes their latest albums has been taken to a new level with “Sattyg”. Unpredictable paths are discovered on this new expedition and as always they take you to explore new exciting horizons, but at the same time the band returns to its roots to bring you familiar classic Kaipa music.
Kaipa was formed when Hans Lundin and Roine Stolt ended up in one band. Roine Stolt became popular in progressive rock throughout Europe in the years following the release of those albums; first with his solo albums, later through the band The Flower Kings.
